    -Project Manager. - Experience utilizing the following Design/Technology methodology: initial analysis, end-user requirements, design features/operations, development, testing, deployment/installation, and evaluation. Developed key metrics and processes as well as standard operating procedures

    -Marketing. - Lead on creative content and delivery through multiple channels, developed and deployed print and digital material, analyzed data and key metrics and built reports to stakeholders. Managed national account of 50 campuses and 100+ locations.

    -Manager. - Responsibilities included building a team, leading, managing, conducting annual appraisals, creating reports and matrices, forecasting, hiring and performing exit interviews. Created a customer focused service. The success from this team was replicated throughout the organization.

    -Operations/Logistics. – Managed five locations in Oregon and Washington that oversaw multiple department personnel (finance, enrollment, academics, security, and janitorial), and day-to-day operations. A typical day was visiting a location, checking reports and processes, staff meetings, conducting one on ones, and managing any outstanding projects.

    -Analysis. – Analyzed local and national markets through public data, secondary market data, and internal data outlets. Developed financial models for existing products and new opportunities. Created up-to-date performance indicators and built reports and individual scorecards. A typical analysis was determining the pricing of competitors in multiple markets, tracking trends across the industry, forecasting pricing variables, and presenting the findings.

Thank you taking a moment and learning about my story. I love the daily challenges that marketing professionals endure and believe I can take you and your organization to the next plateau and beyond.

Raised in Independence, Kansas with living experiences in Arizona, Georgia, and Oregon. Josh calls Lacey, Washington home living with his wonderful partner Sara and their two kids Jack and Olivia.
